I’m so excited to share that I’m officially certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)!

I’m really excited to continue expanding my knowledge and learning new techniques that allow me to better support my clients and their individual needs.

MLD is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. It may be helpful for swelling, feelings of heaviness or tightness, and relaxation, and it’s also commonly used as supportive care for certain types of swelling following surgery or injury.

I’m really grateful to continue learning and expanding what I’m able to offer my clients, and I’m excited to bring this new service to Lumora.
