Saturdays in April & May

Relay For Life is coming up and is being held at the Wellness Center on Saturday, April 18, beginning at noon. In support of the event, our pool and 2nd floor fitness area will remain operational from 12 - 6 pm (12- 4 pm for the pool) AND will be open to the community to use for a donation to Relay For Life. Come enjoy a work out for a monetary donation of your choice and on your way out, join in on all of the Relay activities in our arena!

It’s not too late to register for one of our lifeguard certification or recertification classes! We have limited spaces available in each class. Check out myshepherdwellness.com for course requirements and to complete registration!
