One year ago, on May 19th, I made the scariest decision of my career. I walked away from the most toxic environment I’ve ever experienced with no real plan and no idea what was next. Everything happened so fast, and all I knew was that I couldn’t stay where I was anymore.

By the grace of God, I somehow landed exactly where I was meant to be — at Frances Rose Studio in my own private suite. I had just ONE week to completely furnish my room, get plumbing installed, pull everything together, and somehow be ready to take clients again. On May 27th, 2025, I welcomed my very first client into my new space — terrified, exhausted, emotional, but so incredibly thankful.

This little suite has given me peace, creativity, comfort, and the ability to stay close to home while building something that truly feels like mine.

This past year has healed parts of me that I honestly thought this industry had broken. Has it all been perfect? Absolutely not. There have still been stressful moments, hard days, and plenty of challenges. But the good has finally started outweighing the bad again.

To every single client who followed me, supported me, trusted me, hyped me up, and sat in my chair this past year — thank you. You helped me rebuild not only my business, but my confidence and love for what I do.

Since it’s officially been a year in my suite, I’ll also be sharing a few reminders over the next few days regarding my policies, updated schedule, and the best ways to book appointments moving forward. I appreciate all of you for respecting my time, my business, and helping me continue to grow in a healthy and positive environment 🤍

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come in just one year, and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead.
