✨ The Quest for Better Water: What Can MRET Teach Us About Hydration? 🌿

For centuries, people have been fascinated by the idea that water can influence health and vitality. From mineral springs and thermal baths to the legendary search for the Fountain of Youth, cultures around the world have attached special significance to particular sources of water.

Today, science is asking a different and fascinating question:
Can the physical properties of water influence how it interacts with living systems?

💦 THE LONG HISTORY OF “HEALING WATERS”
Natural springs have been valued for generations:
🏛️ Bath, England — famous for its historic thermal waters
🌿 Lourdes, France — associated with longstanding traditions of healing
💧 Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic — renowned for mineral springs
♨️ Budapest, Hungary — celebrated for its thermal-bath culture
Some of these traditions were based on folklore, while others involved genuine mineral or thermal properties that can have measurable physiological effects.
This long history reminds us that water is more than simply a beverage, it is an essential component of biology.

🧬 WATER INSIDE THE HUMAN BODY
The human body is roughly 60% water, although the exact percentage varies with age, s*x, and body composition.
Water is essential for:
• Nutrient and metabolite transport
• Circulation
• Temperature regulation
• Cellular biochemical reactions
• Kidney function and waste elimination
• Maintaining the proper environment for cellular processes

There is an important distinction between intracellular water (ICW) water inside our cells and extracellular water (ECW) water outside our cells. As we age and body composition changes, the distribution of water between these compartments can change as well.

⚡ WHERE DOES MRET WATER FIT?
This is where my interest in MRET, Molecular Resonance Effect Technology, comes in. MRET is not a conventional water filter, and it is not the same thing as alkaline or ionized water. The technology is designed to expose water to specific electromagnetic/resonance fields with the goal of influencing aspects of its physical organization.

One proposed area of interest involves how water interacts with aquaporins, specialized membrane portals that regulate water movement across cells.

🔬 WHY I FIND THIS FIELD SO INTERESTING
Water is extraordinarily dynamic at the molecular level. Its hydrogen-bonding network is constantly changing in response to its environment. Understanding these properties may eventually give us a better appreciation of how water interacts with biological membranes, proteins, minerals, and living cells. That is why I believe MRET deserves continued scientific investigation, not hype, but research.

💡 THE BOTTOM LINE
We don't need a “miracle water” to appreciate the extraordinary importance of hydration.
The foundation remains simple:
💧 Drink adequate, safe water
🥗 Maintain good nutrition
🏃‍♂️ Stay physically active
😴 Get restorative sleep
🧘‍♂️ Manage chronic stress
🌿 Reduce unnecessary environmental exposures

As our understanding of water continues to evolve, technologies such as MRET give us another fascinating avenue to explore.
The future of hydration may be more sophisticated than simply asking how much water we drink.

The real question may ultimately be:
How does water interact with life?

🌿 The Power of Moringa oleifera in Addressing Nutritional Deficiency

When I first began researching Moringa oleifera in 2007, there was relatively little scientific literature available on this remarkable plant compared with what we have today (over 2000 on pub med). Since then, interest in Moringa has grown substantially, with researchers continuing to explore its nutritional composition and potential applications.

My first book on Moringa, now translated into six languages, was part of my effort to introduce more people to this extraordinary plant and its potential role in supporting nutrition and overall health. Over the years, my continued work with Moringa and nutritional formulations has reinforced my belief in the importance of addressing nutritional quality as a foundation for health.

🌍 Malnutrition: A Global Health Challenge
Malnutrition remains one of the world's most serious public health challenges. It affects people of all ages, from young children to older adults and can result from inadequate access to nutritious food, illness, economic hardship, and disruptions in food systems.
Poor nutrition can compromise immune function, physical development, metabolic health, and cognitive function. The encouraging news is that many forms of nutritional deficiency can be addressed through improved access to adequate macronutrients and micronutrients, combined with healthy lifestyle practices.

🌱 Why Moringa Matters
Moringa oleifera is particularly interesting because its leaves contain a broad range of nutrients and naturally occurring plant compounds. Depending on growing conditions and processing methods, Moringa can provide:
• Plant-based protein and amino acids
• Vitamins and essential minerals
• Polyphenols and other antioxidant compounds
• Dietary compounds that support overall nutritional diversity

🧬 Nutrition Is the Foundation
One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my career is that we cannot build optimal health on a foundation of nutritional deficiency.

Modern lifestyles often create a paradox: people may consume plenty of calories while still falling short in important nutrients. This is sometimes described as being overfed but undernourished.
That is why I believe whole-food nutrition deserves far greater attention, not simply as a response to disease, but as part of a proactive strategy for supporting:
✔ Immune health
✔ Energy and metabolic function
✔ Healthy aging
✔ Physical resilience
✔ Overall well-being

🔑 The Takeaway
Moringa oleifera is not a magic cure, nor should any single food be viewed as a substitute for a balanced diet or appropriate medical care. However, its impressive nutritional profile, especially the synergistic superfood blend MTH, makes it a valuable addition to the conversation about improving nutrition

Ive been taking moringa for 13 years now. I won’t stop.

I mean… get on the table. But first… make sure you have an appointment. Do you?

Think what 60 or 90 minutes could do for you.

As the holidays approach we often find ourselves over scheduled and over stimulated. Make sure you’re on the schedule for relief.

Haha true story.

When your body says “May the odds be ever in your favor” it’s time to listen.
