Ma’am. I’m a 38-year-old former Marine. I flew the president of the United States. Two of them. So you can imagine “slay queen” is not exactly my native language.
When we started I couldn’t have told you what a “glass skin routine” was. I can now. Took a minute.

Here’s how I ended up here. My wife Jen got pregnant, and her dermatologist told her to stop using most of her skincare. So we read the labels. Then we couldn’t un-read them. Everything was either a mile-long list we couldn’t pronounce or so harsh it made things worse.

There are parts of this story that still feel hard to believe.

A pregnancy appointment turned into a conversation about everything Jen should stop using. The products she loved. The routine she trusted. Gone overnight.

So Joe started making skincare for her himself.

Not because we had a business plan.
Not because we thought anyone else would buy it.
Just because someone he loved needed something better.

And we’re still doing exactly that.
