Labor Day is more than the unofficial end of summer. 🇺🇸

It’s a day set aside to recognize the people who work, create, build and serve — and the contributions they make to their communities.

These chairs may be empty in this photo, but lately they haven’t been empty very often. 😂 And we are incredibly grateful for that.

Our team has been working their tails off — creating beautiful hair and nails, taking care of our clients, learning, growing and building careers they can be proud of.

So today we celebrate our Bombshell crew AND all of the hardworking people in our community who get up, show up and take pride in what they do.

The gang’s all here again! 😂

The last couple of months have had our Bombshell crew running in every direction—vacations, busy schedules, and Shannon sending her daughter off to UW for her freshman year. 💙

But we’re FINALLY all back under one roof and the salon has its buzz back!

The chairs are busy, the laughter is loud, and apparently getting one normal team picture is completely out of the question. 🤪

This is a whole new level of hair inspo… 🦝

How has it already been almost THREE months since Redken Symposium?! 🤯

And somehow, here we are stepping into another new season—outside the salon doors and inside them too.

Shifts can be exciting. They can be uncomfortable. Sometimes they’re a little bit of both. But I’m learning that growth rarely happens when everything stays exactly the same.

As individuals, as stylists, and as a salon, we’re constantly learning, adjusting, stretching and figuring out what comes next. And maybe that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be.

Here’s to taking what we’ve learned into this next season and seeing where it takes us. ❤️
