Our Mindfulness Sauna Retreat got a pretty serious upgrade. Our old sauna was cozy for one. This one is actually made for two. Or one person who really likes to spread out. 🤗

✨ Roomier 2-person cedar infrared sauna
✨ 6 low-EMF carbon heating panels for consistent, surrounding heat
✨ Red light therapy now built right into the sauna + Bluetooth for your own music
✨ Reaches 140–150°F for a warmer, more consistent experience

Lexi added a couple openings to kick off the week and there’s even a 75 minute in the mix 👀

Hannah is back from summer off with her family and we’re excited to see both a 90 minute session AND a Quiet Reset on there! She just finished her craniosacral training, so a little QR with Hannah and her new set of skills might be just the thing to end your 4 day work week. 😌

Grounding ➡️ Core One💛

Jaycee has officially completed her Grounding period and is moving forward as an MKB Core One therapist!

She has worked hard for this. She learns quickly, takes feedback well, and puts in the work to keep getting better. She also absolutely kills it with Flow and has fit into this team so naturally💛

Jaycee has already completed continuing education in Craniosacral Therapy and she’ll be taking several more CEs through the end of the year. Her skills will expand her skills in work focused on: headaches, hands and feet, work with fascia, and developing an even deeper understanding of the body and how it works.

She also has a special interest in supporting pregnant mamas and will be deepening her knowledge and skills in prenatal bodywork💞

We feel so lucky to have her! We love Jaycee’s massages and we cannot wait to see what comes next for our Jaycee girl!💛
