Something new is in the works!

I’ve given myself a little challenge:
Can I create a truly comprehensive full-body therapeutic treatment without ever having my client turn over?

I think the answer is yes.

I already do a lot of my work face-up, and I really love what I can accomplish from that position. There’s also something I really like about allowing you to get comfortable and **stay comfortable** for the entire session.

No turning over. No face cradle. No getting settled and then having to interrupt everything to flip halfway through. Just staying comfortably face-up while I use positioning, movement, and my usual therapeutic techniques to work the entire body.

Which is where you come in!

Beginning in October, I’ll be offering **a limited number of discounted 105-minute sessions** while I develop and fine-tune this treatment.

You get to experience something new and get a little discount on your session. I get to work with some new ideas, and hopefully, we end up with something pretty fantastic. ❤️

I’ve been working on creating a dedicated space where you can slow down, recover, and give your body a little more time to reset — and I’m finally ready to share it with you.

The Continuum is a recovery space designed to complement your work in the studio while giving you the opportunity to focus on recovery independently.

The space includes:

Once you’re booked, The Continuum is designed to be used independently. I don’t need to be in the room with you, and you don’t need to schedule another hands-on session with me to use it.

That means you can add recovery time to your routine anytime you need.

You choose the tools that feel right for you, settle in, and give your body some intentional time to recover.

As we move forward, I will be adding integration time to your 75-minute and 105-minute sessions.

This will create intentional time after your treatment to pause, breathe, and allow your body space to process and integrate the work that has been done.

Focused therapeutic work does not end when the hands-on portion ends. Your body continues to respond, adapt, and settle afterward, and I believe that transition deserves to be honored.

Sometimes the most restorative thing we can offer the body is simply permission to stop.

Important Safety Reminder: Recreate Responsibly & Protect Your Skin ☀️

As you enjoy the beautiful Wyoming outdoors, please remember to recreate responsibly and wear your sunscreen!

A sunburn is a medical skin burn. Massage over sunburned skin is strictly contraindicated because friction can cause tissue damage, worsen inflammation, and increase infection risks. If you arrive for your appointment with a sunburn that prevents safe soft tissue work, we will need to pivot your session to unaffected areas only. If the burn is full-body and we cannot proceed, the appointment will be cancelled.

If you need to reschedule due to a burn, please do so via the online portal at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Thank you for helping keep your skin and my practice safe.

Hello Everyone,

I want to take a moment to remind everyone of appointment policies.

First, I understand that unexpected situations arise and that occasionally a last-minute cancellation cannot be avoided. However, I have experienced a significant increase in cancellations occurring outside of the required 48-hour notice period, many of which are not due to unforeseen circumstances. Frequent last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer those appointment times to other clients who are waiting for availability.

Effective immediately, the 48-hour cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. This policy allows me to better manage my schedule and continue providing quality care to all clients.

I would also like to remind everyone that payment is expected at the time of service. To streamline the checkout process, payment methods can be kept on file and should be kept current. Going forward, I will no longer accept checks as a form of payment or invoice unless arrangements are made ahead of time. Clients arriving without a valid payment method will be required to update payment information before future appointments can be scheduled.

Additionally, beginning October 1, 2026, I will no longer offer recurring standing appointments. While I will continue to do my best to accommodate scheduling needs and maintain consistency for clients whenever possible, all appointments will need to be scheduled individually. Appointments will open on a rolling basis 30 days in advance. If you need help setting up your profile or navigating the online booking system, please reach out.

As always, the doors to the building remain locked until your appointment time, and I will be available approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

These changes are necessary to ensure fairness, improve appointment availability, and allow me to manage my schedule effectively for all clients.

Hi all, I have room for one 30-minute recovery session on Tuesday, 6/2 at 2pm. Those sessions are now bookable online. https://the-grounding-space.square.site/ There has been a lot of movement in the schedule as people get their summer organized, so please add yourself to the waitlist if you are not seeing anything open at the moment. Availability goes out automatically and operates on a first-come basis. You can add specific dates and times or just a general request. Enjoy your weekend!
