Acne is complex. You can’t just give an antibiotic and everything be fixed. Each regimen should be curated to the person along with looking at the WHOLE body. Acne is a symptom of something not agreeing with you. It’s my job to figure that part out!

3 labs that even “normal” levels can be detrimental to your health.
TSH- this lab is not an actual indicator of true thyroid function and does little to explain symptoms of fatigue, weight gain etc
SHBG- this is one of the earliest indicators of insulin resistance long before your glucose levels and A1C reveal it. Few ever even check it much less know the subtle changes that predict what will be to come
Vitamin D- much more than just a vitamin, this powerhouse is responsible for so much including testosterone production in men and women. The aim is to keep this level at a certain point which exceeds much of what is considered “normal”.
