Unpopular opinion… 😂

I am not liking the R as much as the T.

I switched after reaching my goal because I was concerned about preserving bone and muscle mass, long term R is supposed to be so much better but the transition has been rough for me. I’ve felt more tired, more hungry, and even gained a p o u n d.

Now, I’m still giving it a fair shot because I think it’s important to look at both the positives and the negatives when we’re evaluating anything. But so far, my experience has been very different than what I expected.

I wrote a deeper breakdown on Substack, including some thoughts on why the transition may be easier for people who are completely new versus those who are switching from something else.
