This is long but it really needs to be talked about. I blinked and 32 years later my young then (still young at heart ❤️) clientele like myself had aged.
Unfortunately women reach a certain age where we become invisible.
Stylists don’t want to put the work or education they need to take care of us and our now very visible changes to our hair.
WE DON’T WANT TO BE INVISIBLE OR DO WE WANT TO CAPTURE A FOREVER YOUNGER SELVES.
We just want to feel beautiful at our age. We want to be respected and seen, because we might be older and wiser but that young girl still exists inside of us. We still get excited about clothes, lipstick and the latest fashion looks. Hair should always be fun, creative and help bring confidence to our clients.
