YES! THIS!!!
Not only does it bring you more joy to live your life this way, but have you ever been around someone who is incredibly jealous of others and always gossiping and running them down? I know for me, I feel slimed. Like I need to shower after being around that type of personality.

This world is difficult enough without us adding pain and strife to the lives of others. It's amazing the difference a compliment can make.

It truly is nice to be nice.
