Demontria Kwanae Johnson was twenty-six years old when she went missing on August 26, 2016, from Dallas, Texas, in the Highland Hills section. Before her disappearance, she was living with her grandmother and four children in Palestine, Texas. Tragically, in 2016, a flash flood occurred, resulting in the loss of all four of her children and her grandmother. This devastating event left Demontria and her family heartbroken and plunged her into a deep depression, leading her to seek solitude.

The last time Demontria was seen she was seen getting in a red pick up truck with a Hispanic guy she was supposed to be on her way to a hair appointment but never made it.

At the time she went missing, Demontria was 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighed approximately 120 pounds. She would now be 34 years old and is known to go by the name Kwanae.
