Last-minute cancellations and no-shows don't just affect my business; they affect my family's income and the time I've set aside specifically for you.

As a small business owner, every appointment matters. Saturdays are some of the most requested and valuable time slots I offer, and when those appointments are missed without notice, it leaves time that I cannot refill.

This is why deposits are required. Deposits help protect the time reserved for each client and help ensure that appointments are taken seriously.
