I did NOT expect to leave with an award🏆✨

After attending all day I went to the Modern Esthetician Social expecting a fun night of networking and meeting other estheticians.

As I listened to + announce the Esthetician in Expansion Award, I never imagined they would call my name.

Winning this award means so much! As a solo esthetician, there are so many moments where you’re working behind the scenes, pouring everything you have into your clients, your education, and your business, without knowing where it will lead. Receiving this award felt like a reminder that the hard work is worth it.

I’m incredibly grateful for this recognition and honored to be chosen among so many talented estheticians. Not only did I receive a box full of products and access to The Esthetician Roadmap course, but I’ll also have the opportunity to be featured on The Esthetician Edit podcast and in their magazine!

Moments like this remind me how far I’ve come and make me even more excited for what’s ahead✨

sooooo proud of my sister! These results mean so much to me, not just because she’s my sister, but because she’s part of the reason I became an esthetician in the first place.

I struggled with my skin growing up, but my sister struggled even more. For YEARS I watched her try everything under the sun.. dermatologist visits, random skincare products, medications, antibiotics, and even a failed round of accutane.

Most of what she tried left her with dry, irritated, angry skin. Some things worked for a little while but it wasn’t sustainable, it was just a band aid fix.

And when you deal with acne for that long, you start to feel hopeless like nothing will ever actually help.

Even after I became an esthetician and got certified as a Acne Specialist, she still didn’t believe I could help her. After begging her to let me try, she finally gave in.. and look at her now, her skin is CLEAR!!🥹

Here’s the breakdown of how she got clear:
• Started with an acne bootcamp consultation + treatment
• I created a customized Face Reality Skincare routine for her to follow at home
• She stayed consistent with her routine and made lifestyle adjustments along the way
• Our schedules didn’t line up for treatments, so her results came from her homecare routine and consistency

Because she wasn’t able to come in regularly for treatments, the clearing process took a little longer but this is after 5 months, which is amazing progress!!

Not only did her acne clear, but so much of her pigmentation improved too. Her skin is now so healthy, hydrated, and glowing!

Now we’re going to focus on treating the post inflammatory erythema aka the red discoloration marks left over from the inflamed acne.
