The blooming gel technique creates that organic, marbled shell effect naturally, and layering warm ambers, deep browns, and a gold chrome detail gives the finished look serious depth.

Here's everything you need and exactly how to do it:
1️⃣ After prep and base coat, apply two thin coats of Chaun Legend Sunset. Cure each layer for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Apply one coat of Gelish Blooming Gel — do not cure. Use a flat brush to apply Nailboo Brewed Awakening in an abstract zig zag to start the tortoise shell effect. Let the gel bloom, then cure.
3️⃣ Apply one coat of Gelish Blooming Gel — do not cure. Use a flat brush to apply KISS Gel Pro Cocoa Powder, avoiding the previous color to add more depth. Cure.
4️⃣ Apply one coat of Gelish Blooming Gel — do not cure. Apply Chaun Legend Black Diamond toward the perimeter of the nail to create more depth. Cure.
5️⃣ Remove the inhibition layer with a lint-free wipe and IPA. Buff to create texture.
6️⃣ Use Chaun Legend No-Wipe Top Coat to create an abstract circle. Cure and apply Mini Mami Moo Gold Chrome.
7️⃣ Wipe away excess and apply Chaun Legend No-Wipe Top Coat. Cure.
