Simple definition of gut feeling or intuition. Learning how to strengthen this muscle helps to navigate your life much smoother. For me I find my expectations are what gets in the way.
What gets in your way?

Sometimes your path takes a turn with roots to step over, rocks to climb, thorny bushes to push through and those pesky branches to duck under. Than you come to the path that is smooth for the walking and ending with something amazing. What you find after the difficulties usually isn’t what you expected but more often than not it is better!
Keep this in mind because even the difficult path in itself has beautiful moments. It’s all in your perception.
