My policy (Tatum) is this, but each stylist at Studio T has their own policy so be sure to read through it before scheduling!

I truly value your time and my own! 🤍 If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as arrivals 10–15 minutes late, may result in a 50–100% cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.

These policies help us respect our stylists’ and clients time. 🫶🏼

If you’re coming to Studio T, you will not be able to park on our street while the construction is going on.

Instead, please park:
✨ In the parking lot back behind Brook’s Place
✨ Along Illinois Street
Or
✨On 11th Avenue (other side of Illinois Street)

You may have a short walk to the salon, so if you’re running a minute behind because of parking, we completely understand!

We received notice that construction will be happening on our street beginning around July 20 and is expected to last about 4–5 weeks.

At this point, I haven’t been given specific dates or times for any water shutoffs or when my front entrance may be affected. As soon as I know more, I’ll keep everyone updated.

Appointments are still on as scheduled unless you hear directly from me. If construction impacts your appointment, I’ll reach out as soon as possible to reschedule or make other arrangements.
