If you know me, you know I’ve had issues with keeping my back, neck and shoulder healthy and not reinjuring them anymore.
I know it’s been years of self inflicted abuse, thinking I can lift way to heavy people or stuff or that somehow I think I’m going to be stronger than that 1200-1500 pound animal 😳😬🤦🏼‍♀️😂

But after 10 months on plan and putting my head down and doing the hard work,
I am a Firm Believer that our program It Works in multiple ways‼️

Dad and I spent from lunch until early evening outside working on projects with physical activity and heavy lifting. Normally I would start feeling it at bedtime and then next day I’d struggle to get out of bed and go about my business for the day.
I can happily say, I feel fantastic
today💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼
And in the middle of lifting stuff yesterday, it dawned on me that “Wow, I am doing this with ease🤩🤩🤩”

If you are a person that struggles with daily pain but has no choice to let it stop you from doing your daily work or activities.…

Along with my nutrition program, I hardly ever, miss a day without getting in a 5,000 step workout 1st thing in the morning. A couple months ago I started adding in weights and I continue to increase the weights.
My next goal…get to a trainer(AKA my little beast Regs, she’s been on her own weight lifting and nutrition journey and man is she getting results 🔥🔥) so I can keep improving. That’s one thing I love about our program, it can help you grow in every aspect of your life…if your open and you let it💖💖💖
The possibilities are endless!!!
