YOU are the creator of YOUR demise and YOUR destiny. Only YOU get to decide where YOU’RE going and how YOU’RE going to get there. Making choices that benefit YOU over ones that sabotage YOU no matter how big or small that choice might seem if it’s not pushing YOU towards self love, self respect, self appreciation, self achievement, then who are you living for? Because if YOU’RE not waking up everyday doing at least one little thing to better YOURSELF then YOU are living for someone else.

Tip for the week: if you replace one bad habit a day with one good one you start to form a routine that forms a healthy habit. This may look like accountability, not hitting snooze on your alarm, going to the gym a few times a week, replacing soda for water, whatever yours may be I encourage everyone reading this to take one small baby step this week and replace one bad habit with a good one and see how good you feel about yourself by Friday. Game changer I promise!

Two milestones for two girls who are in the pursuit of going after their goals were accomplished this weekend. My first lash class was completed with a easy to train student and it was all a success!

Huge shout to my first student, Olivia 👏🏼 she did such a great job this weekend and a beautiful job on her lash model. Her Isolation and technique was on point 😉👌🏼 she is going to kill the lash game!
