I know some of you may feel like your hair may not be a good candidate for a flat twist out. But how do you know unless you try?
And if you’re unsure, or you haven’t had a chance to really take care of your hair, you can add things like a deep conditioning treatment or an end trim to your service.
Janet is one of my regular clients. She comes in every two weeks, and one of her favorite styles is her flat twist out. It holds her for about two weeks, and this has become one of her main styles.
But we also keep her on a hair care rhythm. Once a month she gets a hydration steam treatment, and we make sure her ends are trimmed every 12–16 weeks. Keeping up with her hair care helps her hair hold her style.
