Best way to describe fibro I've seen yet!

I have experienced all of these. The most recent was the sneak attack 😩

May doesn't only bring flowers.. it is Fibromyalgia Awareness Month. This disease is so misunderstood, ignored and disbelieved. I challenge you all TALK to someone you know who suffers with fibromyalgia and LISTEN. This is no joke. We hurt, we itch, we have unexplained brain fog and the next day...we are fine. Don't judge - ask. We are happy to tell you everything, what works and what doesn't. Just because we smile doesn't mean we don't hurt.

Found out something interesting yesterday! Not all compounded medications are the same. I take LDN and for a variety of reasons, I transferred my compounded medication prescription from an East Coast pharmacy to a Cochise County pharmacy. But the medication didn't seem to be working anymore! I started doing some checking and found out the filler used in the medication back East was different than the filler used here. My hat's off to the pharmacists at Sierra Vista pharmacy for being willing to work with me. They have been so incredibly helpful & empathetic. I highly recommend.

I try to be positive, look at the bright side, find the silver lining. But today....I'm just sad. The early mornings used to be so nice, I used to love to wake slowly, enjoy the sun shining through my windows. now, mornings...they just hurt! Dang fibro you take fun out of simple pleasures! 😩
