however as she mentions in the video there are some really good guidelines to follow: SUNSCREEN broad spectrum yes all over when outdoors with reapplications as needed is a good one!

Eating well and staying properly hydrated as well goes a long way. You can supplement your insides with beneficial collagen, r-alpha lipoic acid, NAC, ubiquniol etc.. however always check with your health team to stave off any interactions with prescriptions you may be taking.
