Listed below are our policies for cancellations, lateness, and no-call/no-shows.

(Cancellation Policy)

You have 24 hours before your service to cancel your appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hour grace period you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid in order to reschedule another service. Please book accordingly and be courteous of everyones time.

(Late Policy)

If you will be 5 min late please call or text letting us know you are running behind.

If you are 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your service total.

(No-Show Policy)

Please note that if you no-call/ no-show for your appointment you will be charged the full service amount and banned from booking again. Please respect everyones time and plan accordingly.
