1. shower before arrival.
you can’t wet your lashes after 24hrs
2. come on time with no makeup & clean lashes.
3. do not wear contacts
come with your glasses instead
4. use the bathroom
you’ll be laying down for a couple hours
5. do not drink caffeinated drinks
to reduce twitching
