As a Latina, with parents from and my family always celebrated Christmas on Christmas Eve. It’s a Latin tradition to party and celebrate the birth of Jesus and on Christmas Day continue celebrating with children opening their gifts, playing all day and eating leftovers. Who knows what I’m talking about?

Not happy with it but I WILL SAY…even though I ate due to stress and feeling BLAH for the past 15 days, I DID NOT GAIN NOT 1LB !!! 🎉

Exactly!!! Just because this 4th quarter for me was not what it should have been I’m STILL on GO with reaching my goal…PERIOD‼️

We MOVING baby. I’m entering my new year with new goals.
I ended my yesterday 12/15/21 and I must say I WAS NOT a good challenger. I ate and just was stressed with work and overthinking things that I couldn’t control. I realized that I eat when stressed and that’s exactly what I did. So with that being said, I’m joining my girl on the which starts on 12/17-1/15.
This challenge I pray it will help me bring back the consistency that I had 3 quarters ago in 2021.
