Gosh I have been behind on updating this page! I apologize for being away.

Let's see, where did we leave off? Ah yes, voting for The Rainbow convention! Well, while I didn't win any of my nominated categories I did take home the trophy for the judges choice award. Which is a real honor consider the 20 judges for the show!

Shortly after that I also received a 20 under 40 award for Leadership Kitsap and that was truly an honor!

I've been a busy creature with staying busy behind the chair, continuing my educator and advocacy work and creating art in my limited free time!

Spring is here and with the sun coming out its time for some colorful updates!

High contrast teal

When you want pastel but you had medium richness, sometimes the best way to achieve the look is patience and creativity. Removal of previous color is time consuming and adds compromise. It's corrective work!

Instead for this look, each root touch up has been more and more pastel added and just a gloss over the mids and ends.

Today with some creative freedom I added some dark ends for a more striking contrast look.
