New regulations from the state as of 8/19/2020
What a year this has been, now no facials, microblading, permanent make up, tattooing where you'd have to remove a mask!!! No facial waxing, beard/ mustache trims, you cannot remove your mask in these personal service businesses!!!
We have drop in inspectors from Dept of L&I, Dept of cosmetology, and the health Dept.
These inspections are random at any given moment and we have no idea when they are showing up. Fines will be given for breaking any law.
This is really hard for the stylists/ esthetician's who love their profession.
I am truly saddened during these trying times, I love my clients and conversing with them is difficult, nothing is the same anymore..... 2020 can go away like a bad dream, it's more like 20/20 or dateline, all we hear about is the tragedy and violence. These are upsetting and a time out of balance, a state of mind.

Please be kind to one another and respect the businesses that have served the public, no one wins in these situations, it promotes chaos, what are you teaching the younger generation who will one day run this country???
