Versatile, integrated, soothing to the nervous system and strengthening the mind/body connection.
HOHM is a locally inspired Sound Healing and Bodywork Studio created by Chrystal Sowell. HOHM is a space for private healing sessions as well as community Soundbaths, classes, workshops and other events.

Feeling incredibly grateful, inspired and ready to continue growing, deepen my knowledge and teach . . .
Such gratitude to all the bodies and souls who have allowed me to hold the space, learn and let me in to the divine healing process.
It's been such a privilege to serve.
