This is my cupping set that I use when you book a Muscle Melt massage. The biggest cup I use once I've found a good sized knot, the smallest one I use on small areas like the back of your neck, but those two medium sized cups are my workhorses! Probably 90% of the cupping I do is with the medium sized cups. They are the perfect size in my hand to glide over tight areas.
