At STN Care, individualized care means we don't believe every client should automatically receive the same treatment.

Your health history, current needs, medications, wellness goals, and individual circumstances can all be relevant when considering a treatment.

For example, two people may both say:

“I want more energy.”

But that doesn't necessarily mean they have the same needs or should receive the same treatment.

One person may need to address sleep, nutrition, hydration, or another underlying factor. Another may be exploring a specific wellness service after an appropriate assessment.

That's why we believe the conversation should come before the treatment.

Our goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, professional, and appropriate for the individual — not simply the most popular option on the menu.

Because personalized care isn't about having more choices.

It's about choosing thoughtfully.

“If I can drink water, why would I need IV hydration?”

That's actually a great question.

For everyday hydration, drinking fluids is essential and remains one of the most important ways to maintain normal hydration.

IV hydration is different because fluids are delivered directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous line. Depending on the treatment, electrolytes or other nutrients may also be included.

That doesn't automatically make IV therapy “better” than drinking water.

They serve different purposes.

For example, someone who simply hasn't had enough water during the day may just need to drink more fluids. IV therapy may be considered in other circumstances when a healthcare professional determines that it is appropriate.

At STN Care, we don't believe every person needs an IV.

We believe in individual assessment, appropriate care, and helping clients understand why a treatment may — or may not — make sense for them.
