Red like this takes a little maintenance, but the results are so worth it 🍒🤎

This client comes in every 4–5 weeks for a root touch-up + full color refresh to keep her red looking rich and vibrant. She was also previously an extension client, and after growing her natural hair to her ideal length, we were able to take the extensions out!

We also did a little color correction. With frequent red color, the ends can gradually become darker from repeated color deposits. We lightened those darker ends and blended everything back together for a more even, seamless red from roots to ends.

One chair is opening at Painted Culture 🤎

One of our stylists recently made the decision to move to a salon closer to home, which means we have a rare opening on our team.

We’re looking for an established or growing stylist who wants more than just a chair to work behind. Someone who values a supportive team, loves creating a beautiful experience for their clients, and wants to be part of a salon where everyone genuinely gets along, collaborates, and helps each other succeed.

Painted Culture is located in Downtown Simpsonville and offers a relaxed, elevated environment split between two smaller salon spaces—giving our stylists the community of a team with a more intimate feel behind the chair.

We offer commission or booth rental, along with amenities like online booking, backbar, guest refreshments, salon marketing + monthly content days, and a team that truly supports one another.

We’re intentional about who we add to our space, and with one chair available, we’re looking for someone who feels like the right fit for our culture just as much as we are for theirs.

This client wanted to refresh her brunette and add some brightness without feeling blonde. Elise added ribbons of caramel + honey throughout to bring back that dimension while still keeping her overall color rich and brunette.
