Mondays are a little busy around here…
Although it’s not typically a day behind the chair for me… it’s filled with personal appointments to take care of my body/ health, errands, and admin tasks to take care of my salon and staff.
Anyone else using their “day off” to catch up on life? I know I’m not the only one 🫶🏼
hot take: the best hair right now doesn’t look like you just left the salon
I’ve been watching the trends… and the ones I’m loving are way more effortless
bouncy blowouts that actually last
french bobs that feel chic, not harsh
blunt cuts that make your hair look fuller instantly
muted, expensive tones
and color that works with your natural instead of against it
everything just looks softer, more lived-in, and honestly… more elevated
like you always look put together without doing the most
and that’s exactly what I focus on behind the chair

Can you spot her wefts? 🧐
This is what seamless, luxury hand-tied extensions in Simpsonville, SC should look like… invisible, effortless, and completely your own.
One of the biggest mistakes I see with extensions is when they don’t truly blend—you can see the separation between natural hair and the wefts. And once you notice it… you can’t unsee it.
To me, luxury extensions aren’t just about adding length or volume—they’re about creating hair that looks like it grew that way 🤍
Here’s how I make that happen:
• Every set is custom-colored—I root, lowlight, and tone the wefts to melt seamlessly into your natural hair
• I use multiple tones so your extensions still blend beautifully as your color softens over time (that lived-in, tone-on-tone finish)
• My install focuses on flat, comfortable placement—no bulky stitching, just a seamless lay
The goal? Hair that feels elevated, effortless, and undetectable—even up close.
If you’ve been thinking about hand-tied extensions in Greenville/Simpsonville but want them to actually look like your hair… this is your sign ✨

35 🤍
Feeling really grateful today.
Life looks a little different than I imagined years ago… but in the best, most meaningful way.
It’s slower in the ways I need, fuller in the ways that matter, and filled with people and moments I never want to take for granted.
Being a mom, building my business, taking care of the people who trust me — it’s not always easy, but it’s everything to me.
I don’t have it all figured out, but I feel more grounded, more present, and more like myself than ever.
And that feels really, really good.
Thank you for being here, for supporting me, and for being part of my little world 🤍

Teddy Bear Bronde 🧸
Created a low maintenance look for my out of town guest using
I only see her about twice a year now and she always sits in my chair and tells me to do whatever I want. This time I got major inspo seeing how her previous color grew out. Her natural root color was so gorgeous, so I decided to not go crazy with the blonding. I wanted to do something soft, blended, and low maintenance for her.
It is seriously so stunning 🤍
I had one last minute opening come up this week. After that, I am booking into mid April. To book your spring refresh send me a dm or visit the link in my bio 🤗
One thing I care deeply about as a salon owner is the environment my team works in every day. 🤍
The culture matters.
The support matters.
The energy in the room matters.
So I asked my stylists their favorite part of working at Painted Culture… and their answers honestly made me proud.
Building a salon where talented stylists feel inspired, supported, and excited to come to work every day will always be the goal.
And yes… we do happen to have two chairs left before we are full.

What I wore vs what I created.

Healthy hair.
Blonde that grows out beautifully.
Color that is intentionally low maintenance for my out of town guest 🤍

A little behind the scenes from today.
I spent some time practicing K-tip hair extensions — studying placement, refining technique, and continuing to expand my extension work so I can always choose the best option for each client.
Hair extensions are never one-size-fits-all. Every hair type, lifestyle, and end goal is different, which is why I love continuing to learn new techniques that allow me to customize even more.
Right now I specialize in hand-tied extensions, while continuing to train and refine my K-tip extension technique.
