Hydration is very important. Drinking water helps your skin and body but you also need moisturizer and hydrating products. Both things together will help your dehydrated skin.
I myself am going through a dry spell so I’m using hydrating products more and drinking water along with electrolytes to help. 😎

I love to cook, and cooking more unhealthy stuff is sooo good. 🤤
Unfortunately, eating unhealthy all the time is not only bad for your health but your skin as well. If you are breaking out it could be due to your diet.
Like everything in life you have to find balance between healthy and unhealthy. Your skin and body will thank you. 😉
