September is Su***de Prevention Month, a month that will always hold a deeply personal meaning for me.

In 2017, I lost a very close friend to su***de. It is a loss that stays with you, and it is why I will always believe in reminding people that they are loved, valued, and never as alone as they may feel.

Behind every appointment and every person who sits in my chair is a life, a story, and someone deserving of kindness. I want each of my clients, and anyone reading this, to know that you are cared for. Blended Studios will always be a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself.

Please check in on the people you love, even the ones who seem okay. Listen without judgment, lead with compassion, and never be afraid to help someone connect with professional support. Sometimes one conversation can make more of a difference than we realize.
