I'm Lost and alone
My house no longer feels like a home
My best friend has his own life and is always gone
Man to whom I fell in love
A divorce in the works
The husband is a high, crazied jerk.
My emotions I fear
Can't shake this feeling of dread
My chest starts to feel as if it's caving in
Heart is racing, palpitations
Veins now popping out of my head
Anger and sadness,
All stiring up in my head.
I feel I'm running out of time
The needle I once thought saved me
Numbed all my pain away
It took me to another place
That feeling never stayed
The emotions clouding my judgment
Do I say f**k it
Will I come back from the next numb escape
Or will I be dead leaving my kids with heartbreak

Today I want you to take the day and reflect on last week What could we do to make this week better. When you wake up Monday to head to work or get kids to school try to think of 1 thing that your thankful for do this every morning and you will create positive energy for yourself throughout the day and week.
Repeat this weekly and I guarantee You will feel better and your mood will be more upbeat.

First I'd like to thank you for visiting my page. I started this page to maybe help others see the seriousness of mental health illnesses and addiction first and foremost. I plan to cover other sensitive topics as well once I've researched the areas better.
I myself have been diagnosed with dual diagnosis. Meaning I have addiction and mental health illnesses. It's been a hard long road. In the end, it will have been all worth it. There is alot of us out there with dual diagnosis. Some to scared to get help, others in denial, some not getting the proper care due to finances or insurance limitations and more.

I want people to feel safe here. If you have a subject you would like to discuss, please do. I won't tolerate bullying on my page or disrespect. We are here, in a judgement free zone to help one another through good times and bad.
