get a postpartum planning workbook, and Carrie will walk you through it. She will give you options and things to think about so you can be as prepared for postpartum as you can be!

You will have the workbook to revisit as needed during postpartum to adjust things as they come up and to remind you of your plan.

You can also DIY with the workbook, but I've found personally having someone hold me accountable to actually doing it and also getting more guidance with options, realistic expectations, and any resources I want so I can be prepared as possible is so helpful!
