I offer a range of hair services, including extensions, as well as waxing services! My favorite part about my job is connecting with clients & making others feel their best. 😍

I have two kitties at home (Scarlett + Daisy) - our favorite activity to do together is napping 💤

I love to listen to all kinds of music & am a biggg concert girly 🎶 🎫

I restarted my career in Minnesota from South Dakota about two years ago and although it’s been a humbling experience, I am so glad to be a NE Mpls resident Sola Salons Twin Cities 📌🥹💞 I also do pet care/sitting/walking too so if you’re needing those services as well.. I know a certain someone 😉🐾🥰

I am a chronic illness girly - I was officially diagnosed with Endometriosis in January of this year. I also finally received an ADHD diagnosis at the ripe age of 25, mixed with some anxiety, depression … a little CPTSD …

I started Mane Haven with the intent to have a space where I could just… be 🤌🏼
I’ve never worked anywhere that I felt like I truly belonged. Never have I felt like I quite fit in & always felt like the odd one out. I wanted to also give my clients a space to just come and be… to not have to worry about dropping an F bomb or that someone a few chairs down may hear/judge our conversations. I wanted others to feel like they had a place to just relax & unwind - a safe space🧘🏼🪞🪄🪷✨

And before I knew it… summer was over. 🍃🍂

Summer was definitely its own season —
In July, I moved my business to a new location and that in itself was an entire journey. It was exciting but also nerve wracking and scary as hell
I didn’t expect to be starting my own business this early into restarting my entire career after moving back to Minnesota

Below you see the highlights of the summer, but there were also obstacles and struggles

I have tried to take this year to focus on my mental health. I have dived headfirst into Ketamine therapy + CPTSD therapy + continuing my CBT & trying to stay on top of my daily medicine routine. I’ve learned that even though I am still very much Type A — my brain can be scattered easily
I FINALLY have an ADHD evaluation appointment coming up & I hope that can give me some relief + motivation to really get my business going
There’s been days I’ve thought ‘what the hell am I doing?!’ … we are basically in a recession without anyone actually confirming it. Business during the summer (July particularly) was slow moving… which can be daunting as a new small business owner
My endometriosis is back into full swing & I am trying to push through but wow…. Women are incredible beings

With all that being said, I’m still grateful to enter September. I am going to do my best to embrace the change, believe in myself, and do what I need to be the best version of me so that I can give you the best everything when you sit in my chair
