Wishing my gorgeous sidekick the happiest birthday!
I was thinking about what life would be like without her by my side—and honestly, it would be far too quiet. There would be no conversations with seven other conversations happening at the same time, not nearly as much laughter or craziness, and definitely not as much Jesus in my life.
Bekah, I am beyond blessed to call you my best friend, and I’m so grateful to have you walking beside me through this life. You, my dear friend, make my life so full and complete. I love you so much! Happy Birthday! ❤️

I have been blessed with some of the most incredible people in my life. The fact that you continue to choose me, when there are so many other stylists out there, is something I will never take for granted.
The love, support, and trust you’ve shown me have filled my cup more than you’ll ever know.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside many of you through some of life’s hardest seasons and celebrating some of your greatest joys. What has amazed me most is that you’ve walked right beside me through mine.

This beautiful girl has been waiting for this day for SO long... her very first color. 🤍✨
One of my golden rules behind the chair is that I don’t lighten hair until around age 14.
Why?
Because childhood hair is often finer and still changing through puberty. While color doesn’t affect future hair growth, lightening can permanently damage the hair that’s there. I want to protect the health and integrity of her hair for as long as possible instead of chasing trends too soon.
Your hair is your crown. You wear it every single day, so why not give it the healthiest foundation possible? She has her whole life ahead of her to experiment with different colors.
For her first color, we chose a soft balayage. It’s low maintenance, grows out beautifully, and looks like the sun naturally kissed her hair. No harsh lines, no constant upkeep—just effortless, natural dimension that lets her beautiful hair shine.
Sometimes the best color doesn’t look “colored” at all. It simply enhances what God already created so beautifully. 🌞🤍

These beauties make my life a little brighter and my days a whole lot sweeter. They fill our salon with laughter, encouragement, and so much love. The friendship we’ve built is something I never take for granted, and the support we give one another is truly irreplaceable.
I love these ladies with all my heart. So grateful God brought us together not just as coworkers, but as a family. 🤍
