She wanted the solid blonde on her ends to be broken up with some lowlights, so we did a partial foil.
•👉🏼With blondes wanting to add some dimension, it’s important to note that they don’t always necessarily want to FEEL darker, they just need a little contrast. Adding lowlights to blonde hair, especially when porous, can be tricky…you don’t want to over do it, and you have to be careful which colors you select so it doesn’t turn muddy. With a natural level 7, I had to be cautious not to choose something that wouldn’t be darker than her natural base to keep it soft and seamless 💖

Big change doesn’t always mean a new color. Sometimes it means a dramatic chop to make us feel lighter, fresher, and a bit more like ourselves again. If you know, you know. 🧖‍♀️

My recent chalk creations surely have had something to do with the nearly record-breaking rainfall totals we’ve had the past month. I s**t you not, every single time I create one, it rains 🤦🏽‍♀️

A couple had to be recreated thanks to Mother Nature, so I think that means I’m definitely committed to this hobby. 😂

I applied a full head of teasy-lights, diffused perfectly into her natural base to give her the softest blend. ✨

I have nothing cute or clever this go around, just here to tell you how grateful I am that you all choose me, time and time again… you are simply the best 🫶🏼
