I know I don’t post on here much, but I feel this is the best way to reach everyone at once.
Life is crazy. Life is short. Life is busy. And family time is precious ❤️
With all of that being said, I am in the process of making changes to my work schedule.
I’ve worked evenings and Saturdays since I started doing hair 12 years ago.
Layla is in 4th grade and Callum is almost two, and any parent knows that kids are only so young for so long, and time flies.
I’m at a point in my life where my family needs me, especially Layla. With her being in 4th grade she’s got homework now and tests weekly that she needs help with and to study for. Working until 7pm or later three out of the five days she’s in school is just not working anymore for us. Therefore, I will be adjusting my hours to be able to be home with my family more.
I will still be working my normal days:
Tuesdays and Thursdays- Saturdays, my hours will just be different.
➡️If you already have an appointment booked with me in the future and that appointment is in the evening, those appointments will still stay the same.
I know this may not be the most convenient for some of you, but I’m hoping we can work something out.

♦️Service Prices♦️

Hello to all my beautiful clients!
I’m reaching out to keep you all updated that I will be changing my prices for services starting March 1st.
Some prices are increasing, and some will stay the same. I need to do this in order to keep up with the rising cost in product and availability to get the product.
Though I shouldn’t have to explain, this is a small breakdown of what has changed in my industry.
➖Foils: went from almost $10 a box to $21 a box.
➖Lightener was $30 and is now $40-$50
➖A tube of color was anywhere from $4-$8, and is now $10 or more depending on the color line.
➖Developer is $8/9 rather than $5/6
➖Toner is almost $9 rather than almost $7
➖To get gloves is a toss up in itself as far as cost and availability (at least from the company I buy from).
➖For just ONE liter of shampoo and ONE liter of conditioner that I like to use on clients is almost double what it used to be.
This is just a peek into costs, and that obviously doesn’t include everything. So with that being said, a price increase is needed so I can continue to provide the best for you all.
Here is a list of all service prices:

🔘Haircut: $36

🔘Men’s cut: $25

🔘Kids cut: starts at $12 **

🔘Color root touch up: $90

🔘All over full color: $120 **

🔘Highlites: $120 **

🔘Balayage (with/without base color): 150$ **

🔘Specialty color/color correction: $150+**

🔘Grey coverage with highlites: $120 **

🔘On the scalp lightener: $120 **

🔘Shampoo + style: $25

🔘Conditioning treatment: $25

🔘Eyebrow wax: $18

🔘Eyebrow + Lip wax: $28

🔘Formal Updo of any kind: $85

**The amount of time and color it takes me to do your hair will also affect these prices.
If you have a lot of hair, and the service takes me 3 hours or more, an additional 50$ will be added on per hour longer. This is not to ‘punish’ clients with long or thick hair- it just takes way more color product to do your hair, plus time.
**Kids cuts depend on the amount of hair they have, and how long it takes. Age has nothing to do with “kid” pricing.

➕Hello all! ➕
I just wanted to touch base on a couple things. Please bear with me as this message is long, but also very important information I need to share.
▪️First, I want to give a heads up that I am booked all evenings and weekends until October. I do get cancellations from time to time, so I do offer a cancellation list. These cancellations could be the day of, or a day or two before, it just depends on when the cancellation happens. Keep in mind that though you’re on the cancellation list, I do offer to those on the list in order- that doesn’t mean there isn’t a chance if you’re third in line- sometimes the cancellations I have don’t work for those on the list in front of you.
With that being said, I do encourage pre- booking (which many clients do, resulting in me being booked up the way I am) to ensure you get the time slot that works best for you. Holidays are approaching quicker than ever, so I always encourage pre-booking. If you can’t pre-book when you’re here, please message me on my cell to let me know as soon as you know your schedule and when you want to book your next appointment. Also, please be mindful in pre-booking. If something comes up, please let me know as soon as you can so I can fill that spot. I’ve had times where cancellations are happening time and time again, and it’s always on super short notice. I understand things come up, we are human. But this leaves a gap in my day for someone that could have made it, and also leaves me with no pay. I really don’t want to have to make a cancellation policy, but to protect my business I feel this policy is approaching. Please be mindful and respectful of my time and others’.
▪️Another thing I want to touch base on is that my daughter will be starting soccer at the end of August. There is no schedule yet on practices and games, but once I get that schedule I will need to adjust my schedule accordingly (talk about last minute- I hate it-I’m sweating). Please bear with me and understand that family comes first. I may need to move clients around in the evenings and on Saturdays to accommodate her 6 week soccer schedule. I promise when moving clients I will try my very best to make it work for your schedule as well, and get you back in the schedule within days of your previously scheduled appointment.
