I’m Abby Rose; licensed massage therapist, certified stretch practitioner, and owner of Soul Roots. Here’s my story:

Hello there — I’m Abby Rose :-)

Welcome to my Massage Therapy page, thank you for being here! My career as an LMT began in January 2023; spending time discovering and crafting my technique at Valley Spinal Care, a chiropractic rehab and wellness center in Scottsdale. During my time there I completely fell in love with being a massage therapist. Helping people feel good in their own bodies is a gift I’m truly grateful to have tapped into. My style and technique has everything to do with your bodies unique structure, injuries, what your career is or how you spend your days. My pressure is fluid, and responds to physiological cues from your body, and of course what your preference are. Anatomy and physiology are incredibly fascinating to me; I learn and improve my skills with every session.

I’m a Flexologist at StretchLab in Sioux Falls — adding a certificate of applied Stretching Theory and Practice to my skill set. I’ve also been given the opportunity to offer massage sessions at the Round Lake Vineyard and Winery. These sessions are held in the Tea House, a cozy and relaxing studio sitting lake side on the property. In-Home massage sessions are another service I offer, which allow you to enjoy sessions without leaving your home. The benefits of massage have changed my life; spreading my knowledge and love of bodywork is a passion I’m excited to share with others. 2024 is already showing to be full of new opportunities; which I’ll share here when the time comes.
