this week has been a rough week due to cancellations and no shows at the salon. I absolutely love my job and this career path I have chosen, so I have decided that i need to do what is right for me and my business! From now on I will be implementing a cancellation/ no show policy! Here are the details

⏰ Cancellation Policy ⏰
All cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service costs. If you need to reschedule please let me know 24 hours ahead of time and you will not be charged any fees!

As a small business owner I feel I have no choice other than to start charging these fees. I am so thankful for all of my incredible and loyal clients. your continued support means so much to me! I can’t wait to see you again in my chair!
