Thank you so much for considering my services! I aim to please and to give the best quality service. Please read the following policies carefully so that we can make your experience booking with me a great one! A deposit is required upon booking your appointment. All deposits go towards the final cost of the hairstyle chosen. The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH on the day of your appointment. The price listed DOES NOT include hair. Hair can be provided at $5 per pack
Your hair must be clean and product free (washed no more than 2 days before service), dried, blown out and stretched to remove all kinks if your hair is natural (not necessarily straightened) and thoroughly detangled. Please be mindful of this as lack of preparation will result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit forfeited. Presently, I only service clients above the age of 15. Your hair must be 4 inches or longer
Please no extra guest or children as space is limited
If you must reschedule, please do so before 48hrs of your appointment. If done later you will not be able to get another date using the same deposit. Reschedules can be no more than a month in advance. You have up to 48hrs before your appointment to cancel upon which you will be refunded a percentage of your deposit. Cancellations less than 48hrs before an appointment will not be refunded. Styles cannot be changed on the day of service.
