Royal Table Massage Therapy

The table is set.

Not just for a massage, but for whatever it is you bring through our doors.

Over the years, these tables have held more than tired muscles and aching backs. They've held celebrations, heartbreaks, fears, and fresh starts.

They've heard, "I got engaged."

They've heard, "We found out it's cancer."

They've heard, "I'm pregnant."

They've heard, "I'm getting divorced."

They've heard, "I got the job."

They've heard, "My mom passed away."

They've heard, "I don't know what to do next."

Sometimes people come to Royal Table because they need physical relief. Sometimes they come because they need an hour where they don't have to be strong for everyone else.

Whatever brings you here, you don't have to carry it alone.

At this point, we're convinced Shayla doesn't actually buy vintage trunks—she rescues them. 😂

The rest of us see an old trunk and think, "That's neat."

Shayla sees an old trunk and immediately starts rearranging the building in her head.

These two beauties followed her home this weekend, and while she has absolutely no idea where they're going yet, we're all pretty confident they'll find a permanent place somewhere around Royal Table.

If Shayla had her way, there would probably be at least one vintage trunk in every room.

Not pictured: another trunk that was recently acquired. We may need to schedule an intervention. 🤣

Your body has been carrying what your mind has been trying to ignore.

Somewhere in our hallway sits a chessboard on top of the piano.

A few weeks ago, someone made a move.

Then someone else made a move.

Then another.

Yesterday, Andrew sent a message to the team:

"The game's been going for a few weeks now. I have no idea who white is, but it's your turn."

A few hours later, Matthew replied that he didn't even realize who he was playing against. He just kept noticing that another piece had moved, so he kept playing.

No scorekeeping.
No trash talking.
No idea who's winning.
Just two people silently playing chess one move at a time between clients and daily life.

It's one of those random little things that perfectly sums up the culture here.

Now it's time to pick a side...
