Today I turned in my key and closed the door on a space that shaped me for 12 years.
I sat on the floor, unscrewing the last of the screws with a glass champagne in the very last glass I could find…and felt every emotion gratitude, appreciation, sadness, but also a sense of peace.
This space held so much more than services. It held conversations, growth, confidence, healing, and community. And it held the relationships I’ve built with so many of you.
This next chapter isn’t what I pictured. Moving into a transition space where I can slow down and simplify and while that’s been uncomfortable, I know there’s purpose in it.
Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and staying with me through every season. This isn’t goodbye it’s simply a pause before what’s next.

A softer season.
A temporary home.

2025 was very heavy on my heart.
I was challenged in every part of my life.
I found myself having to make choices I never thought I’d have to.
I faced heartbreak I didn’t know existed.
But also strength I didn’t know I had.
I continued to hold space for others while quietly grieving myself.
For the people around me who needed a soft place to land, without even realizing they were also holding me up.
This year taught me resilience.
To listen to myself.
To trust my gut.
And to protect the whimsy. the hope, the positivity, and the belief that something better is always unfolding.
Still here.
Still going.
Still building. ✨

Time to address the question so many of you have asked (and that I’ve honestly been avoiding)…
Yes, 𝑺𝒖𝒈𝒂𝒓 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄/ 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉 is moving.
After over a decade in my current space, it’s hard for me to imagine anything different.
This change was a shock, and while I’m not completely sure where I’ll end up yet, I know one thing for certain:
𝑰𝑴. 𝑵𝑶𝑻. 𝑮𝑶𝑰𝑵𝑮. 𝑨𝑵𝒀𝑾𝑯𝑬𝑹𝑬
While I sort out the exact new location, I’ll be 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲. I’m still taking appointments, just 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐦𝐞 for the time being so I can make this transition as seamless as possible for everyone.
I may not have the new spot finalized just yet, but I’m trusting this transition and staying open to what’s next.
Thank you for being the heart of this business and supporting me through every twist and turn. I appreciate every text, and every creative idea sent my way as I search for my new space. 🤍
