Well I have neglected myself long enough.
So this is the beginning. I have been on them (Tru & Vy) for 1 week so far. Feel like I have energy to get through my VERY LONG DAYS!
My feet hit the floor in the morning & dont stop again till every person & critter is in bed.
Very worth it & can already see a small difference in the way my shirts are fitting! Excited for this journey
