With over 15 years of experience in high fashion hair design, Michelle is an accomplished hairstylist with an unquenchable desire for success. Her natural eye for fashion and beauty and her love for the hair industry make her one of today's top stylists. Michelle finally fulfilled her dreams of becoming a salon owner this year when she opened Perfectly Cut Hair Designers. It was important for Michelle to hire the right staff in order to create a welcoming environment where stylists could thrive and clients could feel at home. She encourages her staff to get to know everyone that walks through the door, not just their own clients. Her passion for hair may have started before she was even born. “As long as I can remember hairdressing is something that I always wanted to do." In 1997 Lillian was already a licensed cosmetologist, she got a job at a local salon. For the next 15 years, she honed the art of cosmetology. Today, she is happily working at Perfectly Cut Hair Designers, where her skills include foiling, coloring, cutting, styling, updos, and waxing. Lillian won't send you home with a style that you can't do yourself. She frequently attends classes and hair shows to keep up to date on the latest products and techniques. "Every client is different. You can't use the same technique on everyone." She enjoys getting to know clients and taking the time to help them decide on a style that suits their look and lifestyle. The combination of loving what she does and being a good listener ensures that every client leaves the salon feeling confident and beautiful. "I can make people smile and feel good about themselves- that's why I love what I do."
