That was me today at the West Bend Farmers Market, where I stumbled upon Julie’s Blue Ribbon Cookies.

Being mostly gluten-free these days, I asked if she had any gluten-free options. She sure did! 🍪 I brought home one bag each of her Chocolate Chip and M&M cookies, and they were absolutely delicious—soft, flavorful, and clearly made with love.

What stood out just as much as the cookies was Julie herself. Her passion for what she does is contagious, and it’s exactly the kind of small business I love supporting.

I left a review after I got home, and she personally responded within just a couple of hours. That level of care says everything.

✨ Farmer’s market magic this morning! ✨

I picked up some absolutely beautiful arugula and arugula sprouts from Farm Happy, LLC at the West Bend Farmers Market, and they inspired the most delicious summer salad. 🌿💚

Today’s creation included:

🥬 Spring mix
🌱 Fresh arugula & arugula sprouts
🧀 Shredded cheese

If you’re an arugula lover like I am, then you understand… straight arugula and sprouts would have been gloriously intense! 😄 Adding a little spring mix made it absolutely perfect.

After enjoying this vibrant bowl of goodness, I took the most peaceful nap and woke up feeling amazing. 🌞
