🍴Take a snack after your massage, your blood sugar naturally drops slightly during a massage and a snack is just the pick me up your body needs.
🫗A cold bottle of water, trust me you want water after your session. *More drinks coming in the future (accepting requests for drinks you'd like to see in the fridge.)
🪻Aroma therapy, you pick the aroma that speaks to you before your session starts, I'll incorporate it with intention throughout your session.
🎯Massage cupping for targeted relief. When more pressure isn't the answer, cupping is. Offering both stationary cupping and dynamic cupping.
♨️Hot towels... if you haven't tried them yet you're missing out. Melt into the warmth of a hot towel placed under your neck, on your back, across your chest, or anywhere that your session calls for. Trust me on this one, you want them.

I am so incredibly blessed to have so much support while I regrow my business from the ground up. The beginning of September, I was able to open my doors in Logan, Utah. I couldn't have accomplished this without the continuous support from my partner, Max, as well as my family.
Max was obviously my first client in office, he deserved every minute of his massage.

I've made some changes to operations with the move... I have a more limited schedule now to protect my energy and allow me to focus more on the clients I'm able to see. No more stretching myself thin doing over 6 hours of massages in a day! Second, I've combined two massages into one, no more scheduling a deep tissue but realizing you really wanted more of a therapeutic massage or vise versa. One massage, one fixed price and no upcharges for things like cupping, hot towels or aromatherapy. I feel like I need to call it something besides "Therapeutic Massage" so that new clients know its a one size fits all session. Give me your ideas, what would you call it?
